All sales made through NixxieDuhhStudio’s online store are final. Because each item is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your details and selections before completing checkout.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in person at approved in-store events or pop-up locations hosted by NixxieDuhhStudio. To confirm eligibility, please contact me directly through Instagram or email before bringing any item to an event.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram direct message (@nixxieduhhstudio) or by email at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. I’ll review your message and do my best to resolve it promptly.
As a one-woman studio, every order is handled personally, from creation to shipment. Thank you for understanding and supporting small independent art.
